Wow man, really made some big progress here, keep it up, will continue to check out this thread once in a while!
For the supsension you have done alot of work, I would just had upgraded it with King6 instead of doing all that work :p

I saw someone mentioned a 250hp classic engine with no turbo, now I know you can gain a few extra HP's and I think 250hp is reachable.
You will need some badass cams (Colt Cams TriFlow) badass pistons and rods (11.5 compression ratio Wiseco pistons with K1 rods) ported heads, new valves, custom exhaust, megasquirt ECU, coil pack instead of distributor etc. I have a dream of building an engine like this. And it should be possible to achieve 250hp, or very close to it.
I know someone made about 215 hp on a KLZE with just new cams (Colt Cams turbo cams of some kind actually)
